About Our Founder

David Levine Bramante’s journey in real estate began in the 1990s, working as an assistant property manager for his mother’s boutique property management company in Hollywood. During this time, he gained hands-on experience by collecting rents, interacting with tenants, and overseeing properties in Hollywood, Los Feliz, and Koreatown.

In 2002, at the age of 20, David launched his own real estate career by investing in Echo Park. His first purchase was a fourplex on Bellevue Avenue, marking the start of a successful investment journey. Over the next few years, David expanded his portfolio with several smaller income properties in the area, solidifying his expertise in property management and real estate investment.

By 2005, David obtained his California real estate license (number 01511588) and began professionally managing and leasing real estate for clients. These early experiences laid the foundation for the creation of BRE Rental Manager, where David now focuses on providing exceptional property management and leasing services. His dedication to maximizing rental income for property owners and securing quality tenants quickly has been key to the company’s success.
